Made-to-order or bespoke items (e.g., tailored clothing, branded gifts, or custom packaging) may require between 7–21 business days and up to 4-6 weeks for bespoke orders, before dispatch.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on destination, weight, and service selected and are based on starting prices below:

Southern Africa & UAE: from £20 (tracked international courier)
Complimentary shipping may apply during promotions or on orders above the threshold shown at checkout.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

7. Packaging & Presentation
Every parcel is thoughtfully wrapped in Spaza Global's signature packaging, reflecting our Southern African heritage and sustainable values. Gift wrapping is available upon request at checkout.
8. Missing, Damaged, or Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

We will liaise with our courier partners to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 7 days of receipt.
9. Pre-Orders & Backorders
For limited collections or custom cultural pieces, estimated delivery dates will be displayed at checkout. Pre-ordered items will ship as soon as they are available.
